Warrant Apprehension Detectives caught the repeat offender that was responsible for a shooting that happened on April 21.

On Wednesday, at around 5:05 p.m., officers arrested Robert Garrett, 31, of the 1400 block of Gorsuch Avenue for shooting a 36-year-old man in the 1500 block of Carswell Street.
Garrett was charged with 1st degree murder at Central Booking Intake Facility.
