Baltimore Police have released new video of the suspect in last week's shooting outside Frederick Douglass High School.
Police said they believe he suffered a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He has not yet been identified.
The incident occurred outside the school around 12:35 p.m. Friday.
Police captured a 17-year-old who was in possession of a gun and was covered with blood. A second person fled from the scene.
