BPD name new 'Public Enemy No. 1'

Baltimore Police have identified a new "Public Enemy No. 1," a suspect in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old man that was captured on surveillance video.

Commissioner Kevin Davis said at a news conference Friday that community members had provided information that led to the identification of a suspect in the shooting of Rykeise Shaw.

Shaw was shot on Dec. 28 outside a Greenmount Avenue convenience store.

Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Dontae Breeden. He is charged with first-degree murder in Shaw's death.
