BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that took place just after 2:40 p.m. to the 400 block of North Rose Street for a shooting.
At the scene, officers found a 30-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the left wrist and right buttocks.
The victim is in good condition.
