Baltimore City officers are investigating two Saturday morning incidents: a stabbing and a shooting.
The first, the stabbing, happened at a little after 12:42 a.m., when Eastern District officers were in the 2300 block of East Biddle Street when they found a 51-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds to his upper and lower body. He was transported to an area hospital where he was rushed to surgery.
Due to the victim’s condition, homicide detectives have decided to investigate this incident.
The shooting happened at around 2 a.m. when Northern District patrol officers arrived to the 500 block of East 26th Street for a report of a shooting. Once at the location, officers located a 35-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to an area hospital where he is listed as being in stable condition.
