A Baltimore man has been charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder for the shooting of a 19-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man Monday.
The shooting happened in the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue. Both victims were transported to area hospitals and are recovering.
Timmons, 60, also faces various gun violations. He is being held at Central Booking without bail.
