Baltimore man arrested in March murder outside of restaurant

On Wednesday, 46-year-old Colin Waters was arrested in connection with a murder back in March.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, on March 27 around 1:20 p.m., Waters shot 26-year-old Ernest Solomon as he was leaving the Rainbow Carryout on Reisterstown Road. Solomon was taken to Shock Trauma where he later died from his injuries.
   
Waters has been charged with first-degree murder.
