Baltimore Police have arrested a 33-year-old man for first degree rape of a woman.
Monte Ingram of the 2800 block of Belmont Ave was arrested Tuesday, February 6; police say the rape occurred in the Mosher St corridor in west Baltimore on February 1st.
Ingram is currently being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
