A police chase ends in a car crash that killed three people. Now Baltimore City is preparing to pay $500,000 to settle the case.

In 2013 Terrell Young was wanted on drug distribution charges. Police chased the 28-year-old for miles through North Baltimore. Young was driving over 100 miles-per-hour when he plowed into an SUV at the intersection of Northern Parkway and York Road. Young and his passenger, 26-year-old Devell Johns were killed, as was a woman riding in the SUV, 46-year-old Angel Chiwengo.

Wednesday the Board of Estimates is expected to approve a $500,000 payment to settle two lawsuits filed in the case.
