Baltimore Police said arrest warrants have been issued in connection with a deadly shooting near Lexington Market.

Derrick Charles Jackson Jr. and Vincent Jamar Barefoot are wanted on charges of first-degree murder and related charges.

The charges stem from a shooting in the afternoon in Downtown Baltimore.
"We don't know at this point what the reason for this murder is," Baltimore Police spokesman T.J. Smith said.
Baltimore Police named Jackson as Public Enemy No. 1 in October 2015 after he was charged with murdering a man back in April of that year. That case was dropped in April.
