Baltimore police arrest a man seen on video opening fire in the middle of the day.
They charged 28-year-old Ronaldo Freeman with attempted murder. He was arrested in connection with a shooting on North Howard Street last month.
The video shows a man in a blue shirt firing shots a few blocks north of Royal Farms Arena.
One man was shot and treated at the hospital for his injuries.
