Stephon Carroll, 20, of the 6000 block of Walther Avenue, has been charged with four counts of attempted murder. Detectives say the shooting happened as the result of an ongoing neighborhood dispute.

The shooting happened about 9:26 p.m. in the 4800 block of Frankfort Avenue. Victims included a 33-year-old male, an 18-year-old male, a 16-year-old male and a 12-year-old male. All suffered non-life threatening injuries.
