City police discovered an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the head early Saturday morning in west Baltimore.
At approximately 6:15 a.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of Retreat Street for an unresponsive male with a gunshot wound to the head.
He was pronounced dead on the scene by the medics.
