The case featured in the 'Serial' podcast will be in court once again this week.
In November, a judge granted Adnan Syed's request to introduce an alibi witness and cell phone records.
Syed is currently serving a life sentence for the 1999 murder of his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee.
