A 61-year-old man was arrested in connection with the attempted murder of a teen Monday.
According to police, Thomas Bradley turned himself into Western District police. There was an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Bradley.
Bradley has been charged with first-degree attempted murder of a 15-year-old boy.
On September 10, 2016 around 1:15 p.m. officers found the teen suffering a gunshot wound to his upper body.
