Police learn of a walk-in victim; find 59-year old man being treated at hospital

Baltimore City Police responded to Bon-Secour Hospital around 4:00 a.m. Saturday for reports of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival officers located the 59-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the left hand. His injury was non-life threatening. 

According to the victim he was shot in the 1900 block of Bel Air Road.
