Baltimore police charged a 15-year-old with murder in the shooting death of another teen.
Police arrested Tarik Kelly, 15, on August 27 and charged him with first degree murder in the shooting death of Blake Hammond. Authorities said Hammond was shot a month earlier in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard.
Kelly is being held at Central Booking without bail.
