Baltimore City Police arrested Edwin Vargas, 45, for the stabbing death of a 46-year-old man.
Iran Timmons was killed in the 600 block of East Eager Street.
Vargas was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
