Officers from the Southwest District Action Team conducted a search and seizure warrant on South Morley Street.
According to officials, they seized two loaded handguns and drugs at the scene.
Officers arrested 37-year-old Walter Campos, 50-year-old Ricky L. Wilson, 46-year-old Jesse Andrew, and 51-year-old Michael Robinson.
Police say they have all been charged with drug and gun violations.
