37-year-old man shot in Northeast Baltimore

Baltimore City Police responded to the 1500 block of Montpelier Street for reports of a shooting Friday.

Upon arrival officers found a 37-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his arm and torso.

The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to police, the victim was in his car when an unknown suspect approached him and opened fire.

The gunman fled on foot after shooting the victim.
