3 shot, 1 dead within hours in Baltimore City

Three people were shot Tuesday night into Wednesday morning in the city. 

The first shooting was at 10:19 p.m in the 800 block of Vine Street. Responding officers found a 28-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot. The man was taken to the hospital where he is listed in good condition. 

The next shooting was three hours later in the 4900 block of Cordelia where police found a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. The man was unresponsive when officers arrived. 

Medics took the man to the hospital where he later died. He was later identified as Jamaal Anthony Linton.

Then around 3:09 a.m., police were called to the 1800 block of East Pratt Street for a reported shooting. Officers found a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest. The man was taken to a hospital where he is in stable condition.
