Three men were charged after police seized nearly 3,000 heroin capsules in Baltimore.
It happened March 18 as Baltimore Police detectives were investigating in the area of Brandford Street near the intersections with Biddle, Preston and Hoffman streets.
Marvin Bell, 53, of Sugar Hill Road, 49-year-old Charles Moore of Fairwood Road and 48-year-old Terry Marks of McElderry Street were arrested during the investigation and 2,936 gel capsules of heroin were seized, police said.
