BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Harlem Park Friday morning only 10 hours into the first ceasefire weekend of the year.
Police say they were called to a Baltimore hospital around 10:00 a.m. and found 27-year-old Jasper Thomas being treated for gunshot wounds to his body. Thomas later died from his injuries.
Investigators say they believe Thomas was shot in the 1800 block of Edmondson Avenue. After the shooting he was taken to the hospital in a car.
