Baltimore City Police are investigating an incident in which a 26-year-old man dead.
Police say they responded to the 3600 block of Bowers Avenue for a reported stabbing around 9:40 a.m.
When they arrived, they found the victim with cut wounds to the head and neck.
Medics responded but to no avail the victim was pronounced dead.
