A 25-year-old man has died after being shot in west Baltimore on Saturday afternoon. Baltimore Police say officers were called to the area of the 1600 block of Baker St after gunshots were heard. T
he man was found and rushed to an area hospital but pronounced deceased shortly afterwards.
