Baltimore Police say officers were in the area of the 800 block of W. Saratoga St on foot when they heard several gunshots nearby.
In the 800 block of W. Lexington St, they found a 22-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was rushed to Shock Trauma but died a short time later.
