While Baltimore Police officers were walking near the 800 block of West Saratoga Street, they heard gunshots, which led them to the shooting of a man.
At the scene, officers say the saw a 22-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.
Medics arrived on the scene and transported the man to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead by a personnel.
