A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with the attempted murder of three teens in South Baltimore.
According to police, Courtaz Moore shot three men ages 17, 18 and 19, in the 3400 block of 5th Street on January 27, 2017.

Moore was apprehended in the 300 block of Hospital Drive without incident. He's been charged with three counts for 1st degree attempted murder, reckless endangerment, 1st and and 2nd degree assault and various handgun violations.
