BALTIMORE — A 20-year-old man was killed Thursday morning in the city’s Northwest Community Action neighborhood, Baltimore Police said.
Officers from the Southwest District responded to the 1700 block of North Longwood Street at 8:30 a.m. for an unresponsive man inside a vehicle. Once there, police said the man suffered a gunshot wound to the neck. Medics pronounced the man dead on the scene.
