Baltimore city officials arrested and charged 20-year-old Shawn Little with first-degree murder.
UPDATE: 20-year-old arrested and charged in the death of 17-year-old City College student, Ray Glasgow III. The suspect, Shawn Little, is being processed and more information will follow.

Glasgow was a lacrosse captain at Baltimore City College High School. He was killed in a shooting on May 5 that officers believe was a case of mistaken identity.
