Two of the three men wanted for using an online dating app to rob people turned themselves into Baltimore Police.
Police said Armaud Frank and Raqib Salaam turned themselves in last week.
They were charged for using the app Grindr and other sites to lure young adults to an area in Northeast Baltimore and robbing them at gunpoint.
Police are still looking for a third man.
