Two men have been arrested on charges of attempted murder in connection with an April 13 shooting in Baltimore's Northwest District.
Investigators linked Randy Banks and Daondre Wise to a 19-year-old walk-in shooting victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest. Officers determined the victim had been walking in the 3500 black of West Belvedere Avenue when he was shot. He then flagged down a pass motorist who transported him to the hospital.
Wise and Banks were arrested on May 1 and April 30, respectively.
