A woman is in stable condition after being shot in the 1100 block of Madison Street in Annapolis Sunday night, police said.
The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. The woman, who was shot in the upper body, was taken to Shock Trauma. Several cars parked in the area were also struck by bullets, police said.
