Two employees of a Linthicum massage business were arrested on prostitution charges Tuesday, Anne Arundel County Police said.
After receiving complaints about possible prostitution activity at the Blue Moon Wellness Center at 810 Nursery Road, detective's from the county's vice unit initiated an investigation.
A 55-year-old Rosedale man, Xiangdong Tang, was charged with prostitution-general and prostitution-business, police said.
A 47-year-old woman from Flushing, N.Y., Guifang Wu, was charged with massage therapy without a license and prostitution-general.
Anne Arundel County Police made two similar arrests in April, charging two women with performing massages without a license at Oriental Wellness Center, also located on Nursery Road.
