A Severn man who led police on a chase after intentionally ramming a police car is facing additional state charges, authorities said.

Saturday, Maryland State Police charged Antron T. Bulow, 34, with multiple assault charges, resisting arrest, destruction of property, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order. In addition to the criminal charges, Bulow was charged with 68 traffic violations including  reckless driving,  fleeing and eluding, and multiple other traffic offenses.  Bulow is being held  on a $500,000 bond.

The state charges are in addition to charges he faces in Anne Arundel County which include possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of crack cocaine.  Police recovered 2.24 grams of crack cocaine and $555 in his car.

Cell phone video captured Bulow’s arrest at a busy intersection in Glen Burnie Wednesday.

A state trooper attempted to stop Bulow who was under investigation after witnessing a traffic violation.

Bulow  ignored police lights and sirens directing him to stop and led state and county police on a pursuit.  After ramming a State Police patrol car and the trooper attempting to stop him, Bulow continued to flee until his vehicle was disabled by stop strips.  He then fled on foot and resisted the attempts of multiple officers to arrest him.

Bulow was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The state trooper whose vehicle was struck sustained minor injuries.
