A shoplifter is in police custody after stabbing a shopkeeper at Annapolis Mall.
Police said around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday a kiosk manager was trying to stop a shoplifter when the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the manager in the hand. The manager is recovering from non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is in custody.
