Annapolis Police are investigating a shooting that killed a man in Annapolis on Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the unit block of Bens Drive around 7:48 p.m. for a reported shooting.
Officers arrived at the scene and found 27-year-old Kory Johnson outside with a gunshot. Johnson was transported to a local hospital for treatment where he later died.
Detectives are investigating this death as a homicide.
