PASADENA, Md. — A 34-year-old Pasadena man is facing a federal arson charge for a fire at a Pasadena bar in July 2017.

The one-count indictment alleges that Jamie Clemons maliciously damaged and destroyed a bar known as Coconut Charlies by fire, located in the 9100 block of Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena.

If he is convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of 5 years in federal prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, any person charged by an indictment is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
