Annapolis police are looking for a man who exposed himself in a public area and then stole a woman’s phone.
The woman was walking in the area of the 100 block of Woods Drive Monday just before 7:30 a.m. when she noticed a man exposing himself in a car. When she took photos of his vehicle, the man got out to take her phone and then drove away.
Police are looking for the man and the vehicle.
