A Brooklyn man has been charged in a Nov. 4 murder, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Police said Nikko Diamonte Talley, 22, was charged with the murder of Trayvon Briscoe.
Talley has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, firearm use in a felony crime of violence and reckless endangerment.
He was arrested in Glen Burnie early Wednesday.
