A 22-year-old man is in custody after trying to burglarize an ex co-worker’s home.
Anne Arundel County Police say they responded to the 900 block of Genine Drive around 10:17 a.m. Sunday.
The victim said she observed the suspect, Darren Williams, opening one of the windows to her home. After opening the drape, she discovered it was an ex co-worker, police said.
The suspect then fled in a silver Nissan towards the Point Pleasant area.
The Nissan was spotted and stopped at 11:57 a.m.
Williams has been charged and is currently in custody.
