ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A dead dog was found under a trash bag in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Police were notified of a female dog that looked to be a pit bull mix found dead under a trash bag near the intersection of Old Mill Bottom Road and St. Margaret’s Road. Detectives are investigating the animal’s death, along with Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control personnel.
