Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a suspect accused of killing his girlfriend over the weekend.
Police apprehended Ryan Gregory Hollebon, 38, in the 1300 block of East Patapsco Avenue in Baltimore City.
Officers were called to the 1700 block of Carry Place just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday where they found an adult woman lying inside the home injured. She was pronounced deceased on the scene and identified as 28-year-old Jhalandia Elaine Butler, of that address.

After investigating, police suspected her boyfriend, Hollebon, of the same address. Police believe he fled on foot prior to their arrival. Although investigators have conducted an extensive search, he has not been found. Police do believe the two were involved in a romantic relationship, and that it is not a random act of violence.
Based on witnesses and evidence, police have obtained an arrest warrant for Hollebon charging him with First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, and Deadly Weapon with Intent to Injure.
