A card skimming device was found at an Annapolis ATM on Wednesday.

According to police, employees of the bank located in the 400 block of 6th street reported an unusual device attached to the PIN pad shield.

Police found the original PIN pad shield had been replaced with a device designed to take the PIN numbers of people using the ATM.

Employees believe the device was placed on the ATM the day it was discovered.
