One Anne Arundel County was officer injured, a suspect was grazed by a bullet in the neck and a women was shot at a chaotic crime scene in Glen Burnie Tuesday.
Police laid out the timeline Wednesday.
At 8:47 p.m., police got a 911 call from a man with a gun on Phirne Road in Glen Burnie.
Four minutes later, police arrived at the house where the 911 call came from. No one answered the door.
Twenty-one minutes later at 9:12 p.m., a man, identified as Bradley McMillian, opened the door and leveled a gun at the officers, who then shot at him
Three minutes later, another call came to 911 from a person next door to the shooting saying her mother was shot.
One minute later, police were at the door where that women was shot and got her to an ambulance.
While all this was all going on, McMillian came back to the door with the rifle again and refused all commands by police. Police did not fire at him this time.
At 9:33 a.m., a call came to 911 from McMillian and he told police he had been shot in the neck. While on the phone, he made several statements to the 911 operator, saying voices in his head were talking to him.
At 10:17, exactly 90 minutes after the incident began, McMillian was talked into coming to the door and giving himself up.
Police found PCP in his house.
