Annapolis sees spike in homicides, drop in non-violent crime

Annapolis has seen a big rise in homicides in 2016 when compared to the previous year, but this uptick is paired with a drop in non-violent crime.

In fact, non-violent crimes are at a historic low in the city.

ABC2 News reporter Don Harrison sat down with Chief Pristoop to get some insight into what's happening in Annapolis.
