Police: Man found shot inside car in Annapolis

Annapolis Police are investigating a shooting that led to the death of a 23-year-old man.

At approximately 4:13 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue for a shooting report.

Officers arrived to find the victim, identified as Shawn Crowdy of Annapolis, shot inside a vehicle. He was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center where he died from his injuries, police said.

Police are offering a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest.
