A 9mm handgun was found in a man's carry-on luggage as he went through security screening at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Tuesday night.
Transportation Security Administration officers found the unloaded gun in the bag as it entered the x-ray machine. The man said he forgot he had the weapon on him.
The gun is the eighth gun TSA has found in passengers' luggage at BWI this year.
