Anne Arundel County police have arrested two suspects they say were involved in a double shooting that injured a teen and a 41-year-old woman.
Tosh'sean Hassan Ramseur, 18, and Tarron Melik Elzey, 15, were charged with attempted murder.
According to police, a 14-year-old boy and a 41-year-old woman were shot Monday in the 250 block of Edgevale Road. Police believe there was a feud among two groups that led to the shooting.

The teen's injuries were non-life threatening. The woman was listed in stable condition.
