BALTIMORE — As schools continue distant learning, many kids don't have the luxury of learning online.

Baltimore City school students, parents and teachers were calling on community members to help.

'Mr. Wireless,' which is located in Eastpoint Mall, heard that call and decided to answer by donating devices.

The Boost Mobile dealer dropped off more than 30 brand new phones at Impact Hub in Downtown Baltimore.

"The owner of Mr. Wireless, he's been here at this mall for 18 years doing business. The community has been good to him, so of course he wanted to return the favor to the community, and he felt that this would be the best way to do that."

Mr. Wireless is working to gather more phones to donate to schools as needed.

They're encouraging anyone who can to donate.
